    CD34+ cells stably transduced with a lentivirus carrying the control short hairpin RNA were treated with pomalidomide (1 μM) for 6 hours. The cells were then stained for IKZF1 (red) or green fluorescent protein (green), using DAPI (4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) for nuclear counterstaining (blue). The localization of IKZF1 was observed with a Leica microscope (original magnification ×200). See the article by Li et al.
