Institutions – Blood is available for single sites, multiple sites, global licenses and consortia.
Individuals (non members) – Blood is available to individuals who wish to access the journal for their own personal use.

Developing Countries – ASH provides access to Blood Online to public health institutions in developing countries through HINARI and other programs.
Volumes: Two a year. Jan–Jun, 26 issues / Jul–Dec, 26 issues plus the ASH Annual Meeting Abstract issue.
Subscription Period: Calendar year. Those who place an order are guaranteed to receive all issues published January 1 onward.
Term: Weekly, every Thursday, 52 times annually, plus the ASH Annual Meeting Abstracts issue in November.
Backfiles: Subscribers have access to all online archives back to Volume 1, issue 1, content, published in 1946.

Transfer Alerting Service: This database allows librarians and other interested parties to search for journal transfers announced through the Transfer Alerting Service. Elsevier will complete this form after all communications are distributed.

ASH’s Policy on Print Fulfillment for 2020 subscriptions
- Missing issues: Claims for missing or damaged issues will be honored within 4 months from the publication date. After 4 months, issues will be available for purchase. A maximum of 6 claims will be honored in a 12 month period. Submit claims via email to email@example.com with subscriber number, end user information, as well as the volume and issue information.
- Back issues: Orders received after the start of the subscription year are guaranteed delivery of all back issues from January 1st onward.
- Change of address: Request may be made with four to six weeks advance notice for uninterrupted service. Submit change of address to firstname.lastname@example.org with subscriber number, old address and new address information.
- Refund policy: Subscriptions may be cancelled at a 100% refund if the request is received before the start of the subscription period. No refunds after the start of the subscription period.
