Presubmission Inquiries

Authors are invited to submit a presubmission inquiry if they are uncertain whether their work falls within the general scope of the journal. Presubmission inquiries should contain a cover letter and an Abstract of the manuscript that would be considered for full submission upon Editorial approval. Whole manuscripts are not accepted. We ask that you submit your presubmission inquiry through our online submission system. If you do not yet have an account within this system, please do create one and ensure that your institutional affiliation, contact information, and areas of expertise are updated. Under ‘Author Tasks’ please click ‘Submit Manuscript or Inquiry’ and select Presubmission Inquiry.
