Blood Presents: How to get Published in a Peer Review Journal Free

December 10, 2022

The ability to communicate one’s work effectively by publication in high-impact journals is a benchmark for success in academic medicine. Even high-quality work may not be accepted if not presented in a well-crafted manuscript. Blood Editor-in-Chief Nancy Berliner, MD, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, MA, will lead a panel discussion that will provide insight into the elements of a high-quality manuscript worthy of publication in Blood, as well as tips for avoiding common errors that might result in rejection. The session takes place Saturday, December 10, 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Dr. Berliner will be joined in the session by Deputy Editor of Blood Andrew W. Roberts, MBBS, PhD, Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research, Parkville, VIC, Australia. There are many chances to interact with the editors of the Society’s journals at this year’s meeting.
